Even an employee told us the manager is “a miserable person,” which shows this wasn’t an isolated incident — it’s a pattern. We’ve always loved Domino’s and order frequently, but we refuse to deal with someone who speaks to customers the way this manager does. He created an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation, and the lack of professionalism was honestly shocking. This needs to be addressed. No customer should be treated like that.
