  I’ve visited this location several times to eat or watch a fight, and I usually enjoy the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service during my last couple of visits was disappointing. I happened to have the same server both times, and the experience was very similar each time. I found myself having to wave her down multiple times just to get basic service.

  They did the bate and switch.. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single. I told the our server and then was told they were out of the double. Wasn't even gonna tell me. Still charged the same. And the burger was cold like it had been left out. I don't normally leave a bad review, but this is deserved.

  We arrived at 9:55pm. It was not very busy and there were multiple servers, managers, etc. It took about 15 minutes to be sat and once we were taken to the table by the manager we waited another 35 minutes before a server even greeted us. We ordered drinks, appetizers and food when she first came to the table. We waited another hour and 15 minutes before we finally flagged down someone and asked for a manager. We sat and waited for a manager to come to us for another 20 minutes. When a manager finally came they sighed and said “What’s going on?” We kindly stated that at this point we had been there for over an hour and a half, with no food or explanation. They said “We’ll see what we can do” and walked away before we could respond. Our server came over to apologize some time later and we told her we really just wanted a manager and it wasn’t an issue with her. She finally brought a manager with her and we told them we didn’t want any food, we just wanted refunded and to go home. After that we continued to wait another 30 minutes (not exaggerating), before our server came up and had us write our info on a paper to be refunded within 3-5 business days. We would have left way earlier had we not each spent 65$ on game cards that we never got to use. I have truly never experienced worse service than this. We did not get an apology from anyone except our poor server who was also having an issue with another table. We also still had to pay for our drinks! We did not leave until well after midnight. No food, no refund, no games, no apology.

  Update: reached out to Guest Relations and they offered me 100 points on a game card “for my next visit.” No thank you, won’t return. Came to the party room with ~40 people on a Saturday evening 6pm. Gave us 1 server. Took 3 hours to get dinner and 1.5 rounds of drinks. We ordered Eat and Play so the kids could play in the arcade and their game cards didn’t arrive until 8pm. Charged us mandatory 20% large party service fee despite not receiving large party service.

  My folks took me there for my birthday with my best friend. The service for our food might've been the worst I've ever experienced. Our server only stopped by our table twice, both times just to take our drink and food order as someone else brought our appetizer. We then proceeded to wait over an hour for our food to arrive and frankly we should've just asked for the check for our drinks and appetizer and just left. My dad checked with the staff to see what the status of our food was as our server was at the bar on her phone. After our food was brought out (which was okay to say the least), the manager came by to ask what the problem was and my dad tried to tell her. However, he had to repeat himself over and over again given how loud the place was and the manager thought he was yelling at her and she even went as far as to threaten to call mall security on us. Would not recommend.
