  Nothing special about the food or service. I got wings and they were okay. I prefer they fry a little more so they are extra crispy, but they were not. Service good, drinks stayed full, and plenty of napkins! Going into a place filled with kids, music and games blaring music, you should already be preparing yourself. All of the kids we saw had a great time! I loved playing the retro games :-)

  It is a fun place for kids and adults. Took my grandson and daughter last weekend and we had 3 generations of fun! I highly recommend getting the 90 minute unlimited games pass because you will spend a lot more in 90 minutes if you don't. Joel, the guy in the prize area, was very nice and friendly. He really helped make it a very fun experience. It was my first time at a Dave and Busters and I will definitely return!

  We used to come here with our son and the food was great. Our most recent trip however was a disappointment. Our waitress was great and helpful, but the cheesesteak had no cheese, and the wings were sprinkled instead of properly tossed. Still better than some competitors, games are still great with good prizes to earn. Also, bring back the lava cake!

  We visited on 12/6/25. My card was charged twice for our meal, $155.45 x 2. I immediately made our server aware who requested the mgr come over. After she asked the mgr to come over several times she finally did. She made one excuse after another. I asked for confirmation that the second charge would be removed. She would leave promising that she was getting a resolution for me but would never return until the server would keep telling her to come and finish helping me. I then call the corporate number from the table and the person I spoke w/there assured me that the second charge had been refunded. After two weeks, I realized the charge had in fact still not been refunded. I called corporate who said it had to be taken care of at the local level. I then called the restaurant (I live 2 hours away). I was put in contact with Jonathan Burkhart who is supposedly the store mgr. I emailed him my bank statement showing the duplicate charge and lack of any refund, the text confirmation where I had spoken w/corporate, images where I'd left my info for the mgr on duty the day of the charge because she promised she would contact me once she confirmed everything. He immediately called me and said he would work on taking care of it the next day and would call me once he got to the restaurant. He never called so that afternoon I sent an email for an update. He called me then and said he had looked into it but could not process the refund due to some issue with their system and he was having to reach out to accounting to get it forced back to me. He even promised to refund ALL money, both transactions. He said he would send me an email to confirm all of this info. Four more days passed with no email or updates, so I sent another email asking for a follow up. Nothing. Today, 23 days after the incident, I still have no update and now he is not responding. So I have put in a complaint with the BBB, and my card is now beginning a dispute under the Fair Credit Billing Act. So we are out an extra $155.45, and I missed the fun time with my kids in the gaming area because I was having to stay in the restaurant side that day and wait on a manager who didn't want to deal with the issue. It will be the last time we ever visit a D&B or a Main Event. ***And in response to your request for me to contact on that form, that step was already taken and the response I got was that I had to contact the local place that I went to and have them correct it. So again, I still have no refund.

  The waitress had no good customer service, it was my daughter's birthday and she asked if we wanted the cake special to be brought out but she never brought it but you could see other tables received there's so we just got up and left. And she made me feel very rushed when ordering our food and when trying to ask ask for clarification .
