The guy taking drive thru orders looked over, rolled his eyes, threw his head back, and started groaning, and I quote, "Bro, oh my God!" He was being dramatic and wanted us to notice he wasn't happy. Then, when we were getting our drinks, the water button got stuck. When we were trying to fix it, the same guy came out and gave us all nasty looks even when we explained it was not on purpose. When we did give a verbal explanation, he said, "Ait, sure. Whatever." Guy was a younger African-American man, no older than like 25, with glasses. This dairy queen needs to train their employees on customer service better because as someone who has worked in customer service and the fast food industry, I would never treat a customer like that 🤷‍♀️

Won’t be back
