    I've ran restaurants kitchens for over 20 years. This DQ is slow just left there they had to ask me my order when I got to the window 3 times. This place is ridiculous. Pay more and get competent people. Finally got my food.

    The best dairy queen in town! One employee there in particular- she was wearing a bunch of purple accessories and hello kitty bracelets- so sweet and amazing!

    I loved my experience here! The short girl with the purple accessories and hello kitty accessories is so sweet and cute The food was solid, a little dry shout out to the hello kitty girl worker she's so kind 🙂

    Was taking a while for chicken tenders to come out so they gave me a free blizzard as compensation. Turned a bad review into a good one by having great employees!

    I think I’ve paid more for food I didn’t receive than I have for every purchase made at this location. This has probably been the 6th time I’ve ordered something simple from this DQ that has been completely screwed up. I’ve asked for a side of toast and gravy with my order 5 different times, only for it to not be in the bag but definetly on my receipt. Tonight, I ordered a cookie dough blizzard with cheesecake just to get an unmixed, vanilla blizzard with about 7 pieces of cookie dough on top. This location is ridiculously bad when it comes to quality and I’d held back for a few years (yes…years) on writing a review, but after a stressful day and wanting to wind down with a treat, I’ve had enough. The location on shelbyville road is much better than this one, putting lids on their blizzards and continuing to turn them upside down in front of you. Seeing the other reviews on this location lets me know that it’s not just my bad luck but that some quality training or SOMETHING needs to happen here because at this point, y’all owe ME money. No, DQ, I will not be giving this location another chance. I honestly wish I’d gone back for my money instead of brushing it off every time trying to give the benefit of the doubt but y’all need help. Care about your customer, train your people, stop screwing up blizzards.
