    An employee named Barb went above and beyond by staying open a few extra minutes while closing after she heard we were getting a milkshake for our grandmother in the hospital. Our grandmother can only have liquids, and Barb’s kindness and compassion made this such a meaningful moment for our family. Because of her generosity, we will definitely be returning back to this Dairy Queen!

    Waited in line for over 20 plus minutes and not one car moved. We ended up leaving because we had somewhere to be, that is ridiculous it took that long for fast food. Doubt I would visit that location again

    Waited in the drive thru for about 30 mins. No one took my order. I even said, “hello!” And the guy said “can you give me a minute”. Super rude and unprofessional. No one was inside or in the drive thru at the time.

    I dined in last week. It took about 8 minutes before anyone came to the counter to take my order, along with the several people standing behind me. The bun was saturated in grease and the fries were cold. Today I thought I'd give them a second chance but only the drive through was open. I worked in food service management prior to COVID and being short staffed was never an excuse to not open the lobby. People are just lazy.
