  Took 15 minutes to get the food in the drive through, would’ve left if I hadn’t paid. Don’t have a food review bc I still haven’t gotten it Worst DQ in Louisville and it’s not close

  Poor customer service. My mobile order was never made and/or delivered. The app never updated making me believing my order was still in progress. It took almost an hour for the app to update saying that there was an issue and to call the store. I called the store repeatedly and no one answered.

  I found the DQ cupcakes here. The workers were very pleasant even though they were very busy and short staffed. My good was fresh and hot so that was nice.

  Worst Dairey Queen I’ve ever been to will never eat from this location ever agian. Needs all new staff including new management. Nobody ever answers the phone been trying to get my refund since October the 4th going back and forth with delivery support and the store and still haven’t received my refund when my entire order was not edible and went in the trash so over $40 wasted. Chicken was raw fries were ice cold didn’t receive any gravy’s when I even purchased extra gravy and they didn’t bring me any at all.

  Visited with my grandbabies after Lights Under Louisville, the entire lobby had not been cleaned & tables were dirty, had to clean one myself so the kids would sit down, they were grossed out, also we were informed no milkshakes, they were out of milk, the one person waiting on people at the counter was disheveled & not friendly at all , super disappointed & when kids notice you know it's an issue
