The young man who took my order (the receipt says "Joe") was very pleasant. It was my first time seeing him. I ordered a burger and two blizzards, and the girl who handed the blizzards to me was EXTREMELY rude! It was very obvious she had no interest in being there. If this is normal for her, she doesn't need to be in this industry. I was so taken aback by her rudeness that when the guy handed me my burgers, I asked him, "What the Hell is HER problem?" Apparently, this wasn't new because he said, "She needs to be fired, that's what's wrong with her." This location struggles enough (from the other reviews) because they are ALWAYS out of something, or something is "down", or they can only take cash, or the card machine is down, etc. Incidentally, they were out of pecans THIS visit for my Turtle Pecan blizzards.
