They still did not acknowledge I was there. I sat there for 3 minutes. The person behind me left, I then left. If the drive-thru is not open they need to have a sign indicating that, they did not. Not close to my home, will not return. And for those of you wondering why I did not just go inside, I am sick and so is my toddler. We just wanted some french fries.

I waited at the speaker for a few minutes without anyone greeting me, so I decided to leave. As I'm leaving I see the staff of two men and a women outside talking and smoking. I wonder how much money this staff has cost the company due to their lack of working. My car alone 5 people. This is becoming a trend in Louisville. It's sad really.
