  Paid $18 for a double portion of steak in my burrito and when I came home to eat it, there was less than a handful of steak…. Never eating here again

  We visited this location Saturday afternoon. Several of the food trays were almost empty and the food looked as if it had been sitting for some time. The server put the food in the container sloppy. The food was running down the sides of our containers. Very little food was placed in our trays. The food is not worth to he price. The drink station was dirty with spills and trash and was not well stocked. The food was not good. FYI: Chipotle charges extra for guacamole and queso.

  I walked in there nobody said hi and looked at me like i had something on my face. Very rude and stingy with the portions. The food looks like it’s been sitting there for hours. The bag of chips they gave me barely had any in there. You would think that because it’s a new place it would be clean but it looked very unorganized. Will not be going back. One of the worst chipotles I’ve gone to.

  I'll start off by saying the people were very nice. Everyone we interacted with was kind. That's about all the positives I can give, though. The primary issue was the food. For a place right down the street from an established Qdoba, you'd think they'd be really pushing to compete. Instead, the portions were comparatively small, the options much fewer (some, like Guac and Queso, are even extra, unlike at Qdoba), and the food wasn't very tasty. Both burrito bowls we got had hard, undercooked rice grains mixed in, the steak also had significant amounts of gristle, and both the chicken and steak were bland. I could never recommend this place over Qdoba, especially when it's just 2 minutes down the road. The restaurant is pretty small and feels a little cramped and awkward inside with the only entry doors being on the opposite side of where you would start ordering, making you walk past the exit doors to get your order placed, then putting you back by the entry after you're done instead of the exit. Maybe it felt more cramped because of all the employees that were around. There had to have been about 6 that were just standing around when we walked in. Also the door didn't seem to open well. Maybe one side was just kept locked but the side that we opened was heavy and clunked as you pulled it. For a place that's new that's probably not a good sign. It's certainly possible this is just growing pains for a new establishment. I was hoping that maybe they'd be getting off to a strong start, but that definitely wasn't the case. Overall, disappointing. Maybe wait for more reviews down the line in case things improve but, for now, save your time and money. There's a reason it only has a 3.8 as of the time of this review, which is pretty bad as far as Google reviews go. Take that as a warning like I should have before I let my curiosity get the better of me.
