Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The workers seemed inconvenienced to prepare my order, even with no one in line. The cashier was facetiming someone on her phone. The guy who made my food complained about my order to another staff member. The ingredients were not well stocked. Completely unprofessional. Maybe go to any other location. This is not my first bad experience here.

Very upsetting experience. My son and I began dining in around 8:40 PM after purchasing food, with no notice that dine-in was ending. Around 8:50 PM, a cleaning staff member yelled at my son to leave while he was still eating. She returned shortly after and threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave immediately.
My son is a minor and became very stressed. We were forced to leave without finishing the food we paid for. If there is a dine-in cutoff, it should be clearly communicated and enforced respectfully, not through shouting or threats. This behavior was unacceptable and ruined our visit.

Inedible food. And of that inedible food they gave me 4 peices of steak in my full sized burrito bowl. And steak is extra! Such a rip off, I will NEVER go here again!

Sharing with you the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I work in management, and if my employees behaved the way your team did, I would fire them immediately. On Friday night, 12/5, we were walking out of our hotel, the Hyatt Regency, and were delighted to see that Chipotle was right next door, as it was freezing and we didn’t want to walk far. We arrived at the door and thought how lucky we were that it said it was open until 9:00. We walked in, and the restaurant was not very clean. We got to the counter, and you could tell the 3 employees were very irritated that we were in there. They had already started cleaning to shut down. I got up to order our food and was told there was no steak. Ok, not a huge deal. We ordered bowls. With each scoop of every item you could see they didn’t care at all about how they were serving it. Get to the guacamole and they spoon in a giant amount. Sour cream, same thing. I would guess more than a cup of sour cream. Whatever, we had just arrived to Louisville, we will eat it and go back to the hotel to go to bed. We are sitting there eating and we hear “the lobby is closed.” We weren’t sure if they meant for new customers or everyone. There was about 15 others dining. A few minutes later we hear “I don’t know if you can’t hear or not, but we said the lobby is closed.” So, we asked are we not allowed to finish our food. They girl who I assume was the team lead got into an argument with another woman who was eating with her family. We replied, the door said your open til 9:00. The team lead girl said,”Not the lobby, it closes at 8:30 and everyone needs to leave.” I have never been treated this way in any restaurant. I can only imagine it is still open because it is in downtown Louisville and most of the business is from tourist that don’t know any better. No way would I ever step foot in there again. We frequent Chipotle back home inTN because it is less the 3 miles from my home. This experience was so bad that I will not be back at that one either. I am really that angry over the way that we and everyone else was treated.

Might actually be the worst chipotle in the country. This place should be shut down. I work in the area so I’ve given this place way too many chances trying to go get a good lunch for myself. Rarely have fresh food in the bins, the employees couldn’t care less about who walks through the door. Always takes several minutes to even be acknowledged. Consistently the worst service I’ve ever received. There’s a Qdoba down the block that’s much better who have been and will be receiving my business going forward. The management / operators of this Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves, but they’re probably just as pathetic as the employees.
