  This place is an absolute joke. Horrible management/ownership. Refuse to take any accountability for poor customer service. Location cares more about the dollar than respect and integrity of said business.

  Owner is a joke.. had a glitch in the app when ordering and order was placed to wrong location (I had my location favorited and distance said 3 minutes away) After order was placed, I realized it was switched to this location. Me and my coworkers called this location SEVERAL TIMES. This location was 20+ minutes away so there was no chance we could make it there in our lunch break. We tried calling immediately so they would not start on the food but did not receive an answer with no voice mail available. Even when we went to our location, the owner there could not get in touch with the owner at this location. We had someone go in store to explain our situation and was told the order was canceled. Waited 7 business days with no refund so I sent an email. Received an automatic response to wait 3 business days for a response. Waited 3 business days and nothing. So I sent a second email. Waited 3 business days… nothing again. So I went in person. Owner was not there and was called on speaker phone. I explained everything over the phone and his response was “how is that my fault?” I stated we tried multiple times to contact there day of with no response. Also there was a glitch that switched locations, so how is it my fault? No matter what I had to say, his response was always “how is it my fault?” When I tried to explain myself and the situation in a calm manner, he interrupted me and said “we are not arguing.” Which shocked me, because I agree this was no an argument. Just wanted to explain my side. All I can say is I’m very disappointed with how he handled this.

  I literally come here like twice a week lol it’s so good!! The staff is awesome !! It’s always clean and my food is always good and fresh!! The manager is super nice! I had accidentally ordered steak instead of chicken one time and he fixed it!!

  Did not give me what I ordered and looked at me like they didn't understand what I was saying look a significant amount of time to remake my order and only the manager remembered why I was standing there waiting still. Two other employees asked me if I had take out and each time I explained that my order was made incorrectly they looked at my with confused expressions. I believe it may have been a language barrier issue since the employees were all speaking to one another in a different language than English.

  The best customer service I’ve received in a fast food chain! I’d say even better than CFA’s customer service! Also the food has always exceeded expectations!
