  I’ve gone to this restaurant for years and am deeply disappointed by how disorganized and unkept it has become. The service staff were great however the management is simply embarrassing. There are bugs in the restaurant as well as no heat lamps. The food is not fresh and I would not suggest dining here. Wonderful staff other than the management. The quality has declined severely due to this poor management.

  Carrabba's is my absolute favorite. I have loved everything that I've tried. Their calamari is amazing!! Staff is always friendly & helpful as well.

  We did a late Christmas celebration for our office tonight at Carrabba’s. We had a reservation but our table was not ready-and it was a 3;30pm seating. Everything was sub-par, to be tactful. Carrabba’s used to be a step up in Italian food, a viable alternative in a medium price range…no more. There were 13 of us…the food might as well have come from Gordon’s frozen products down the street. Our server was completely disinterested (we had to ask for one item 5 times), they never cleared the table of used plates and we ended up piling them on a table next to us…nothing was hot (lukewarm was as good as it got)…we were very disappointed. I complained discreetly about the server and it never got better. With other good Italian restaurants in Louisville, this one is now off the list. Do better, Carrabba’s.

  I haven't been to carrabas in a few years. It's always been one of my favorite restaurants so my husband & I went for our anniversary tonight. Drinks at the bar were awesome. But then seated with no greet from server for over 15 minutes. They were out of their soup of the day before 6pm & Austin let us know after we had already placed our order. Unfortunately, Austin C was our waiter. He is obviously untrained & in the wrong profession. Zero table maintenance & just awful in every possible way. I won't be back to Carrabas in Louisville. You need to train & vet your servers. Disappointed.

  Ordered from here through Doordash tonight and they didn’t put my spaghetti in the bag. So my sister had her dinner but I did not. I called and spoke with a manager and she said that they were having trouble with the Doordash drivers stealing food and eating it. I order from Doordash dash almost every night of the week. And granted we've had orders that weren't correct but our stuff has been there. I told her that I ordered from there four months ago and the same thing happened then. She says and I quote... "so you Ordered this meal four months ago and the spaghetti didn't get there and you're ordering it again and it didn't get there and I think it's interesting the same thing happened this time." Sounds to me like she just called me a liar. Yeah never gonna order from there again!
