Went to Carrabba’s today and overall it was a good experience.
Food :4/5 - ordered shrimp scallop linguine pasta and pollo Rosa Maria.
Rosa Maria (Chicken dish) was great but pasta could have been better.
Ambience - I liked the ambiance of the place. Good sitting arrangement. They have bar, booth and individual sitting arrangement.
Service- service could be better . The server was very slow and seemed to be in hurry to take orders. He didn’t wait to explain the dish much. Not a very good sign of a good server.
I recommend this if you like Italian food.

We had the worst experience the server seemed to be disinterested in his job. We asked for extra bread which after 10 minutes we had to ask again then again. The food was cold especially the seasoned fries. He forgot our extra meatballs. Which had sauce in the bottom of the bowl none on top no cheese really just burger ball’s. We ended up getting our grandchildren food elsewhere. Very disappointed never going back. This was our second time there and sadly same issue lesson learned. I was asked what they could do for this crappy service and food. First I am not looking for free food just good pasta and meatballs, service ect. To me if your cooks can’t make good Italian food hire someone who can. Being Italian I know. Also if your people don’t like what they are doing they should find something else.

The dinner here was amazing and well served, Gabby gave my teammates and I an excellent experience. The food was great, and came out quickly. Her performance was similar to that of the 2010-2015 Chicago Blackhawks in terms of greatness.

LOW GRADE DOG FOOD
Host never spoke to us. Sorry to have inconvenienced him. Food was tasteless and cold. Service was virtually nonexistent. All that for $57. I have NEVER left a zero tip, anywhere, anytime. I left a zero tip.
Be advised...if you order "Classic Italian Trio"...here's what that means...
Paper thin, tasteless, COLD chicken parm, tasteless, COLD lasagna that tasted like it came out of a box from the grocery store, tasteless, COLD fettuccini alfredo that definitely came out of box from a grocery store and had no sauce on it. When we asked for some sauce they brought us a small cup of COLD alfredo sauce.
Stay out of these corporate chains. THEY ALL SUCK! Owners don't care, managers don't care (if they even have any) staff certainly doesn't care. Buy a frozen Italian entree at the grocery store, stay home, heat it up in your microwave. You'll save $50, it cannot possible taste worse and at least it will be hot.

The wine dinners are my new favorite thing to do. The menu is amazing and the servers are so sweet and informative. It’s the best value for the money and the best way to learn new ones. The workers Cat, Emily, and Ryan are the best!!!
