- LOLucas Olivares1 day ago5.0Had a swell dinner thanks to our server, Ryan. Everything was done in a timely manner—he made sure our table had enough space, drinks were refilled, etc. I am usually wary ordering shrimp in public restaurants because it’s scarcely up to par with decent standards; however, the shrimp was delicious and fresh! Finally, we ordered dessert, and Ryan made sure to get me some decaf coffee which served as the cherry on top of our entire experience. Carrabba‘s will be a staple Italian option for future endeavors.

My husbands chicken trio was dried out. My chicken Parm was not as good as it had been in the past. Overall our meals were not at all worth our time or money tonight.

We used the Carrabba's app to put our names on the wait-list 45 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. When we arrived, the group in front of us was quoted a 25 minute wait (they were not on the wait list). When it was our turn, I told the host that we are on the wait list and they said "Okay, it will be a 25 minute wait". I asked why the wait time would be exactly the same for someone who is on the wait list vs. someone who just walked in, and they could not provide a reasonable explanation. This was frustrating because it makes using the wait list feature on the app essentially pointless. We ended up deciding to eat elsewhere.
