They brought it out saying they had just finished the meal and it hadn’t made it in the bag. When we got home the rest of the food was generally fine but the wrap was stale and cold. I don’t know where they grabbed this item but it wasn’t just made. Management needs to work on teaching staff to multi task and to ensure orders are made fresh.

The server acted like we pissed her off for being sat in her section. Not friendly. Food sucked. That wing sauce they use is nasty. Roosters and Hooters is much better food and service. We only went to bw3 because it was 12 and everything else was closed. The atmosphere was awful, the other 2 places are more peaceful.
