  Very happy with their non dairy options! I wish there were more (there are only 3 flavors currently- the green ones on the wall) but it was tasty. They can make shakes non dairy too, complete with non dairy whipped cream ☺️ very friendly staff. Will be back!

  Great staff, family friendly environment! I had the chunky monkey and chocolate 6oz cup - very good and perfect size! My grandson chose the waffle bowl sundae and loved every bite! He loved the Ben & Jerry’s so much we bought a cow stuffy and we will be back soon!!

  A great new place to go for ice cream and other sweet treats. Upon arriving, we were drawn in by the playful decor and friendly staff. I've always appreciated Ben & Jerry's commitment to social justice and giving back to the community, so I'm happy to see their first KY store here in Louisville.

  Had a great experience at this Ben & Jerry's! The ice cream was excellent as always-fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor. Trevor and Tyler were scooping, and they were both super friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. You can really tell they care about their customers. It's even better knowing this location is family owned, which makes the service feel more personal and genuine. Definitely one of the best ice cream stops around. Highly recommend!
