Ordered a black and white chocolate malt which is basically vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, milk, and malt powder. Sign says a large is $8.99 but when I paid it was $13.69. I asked why, malt powder is more and the chocolate syrup was additional. I travel all over the US - never have I been charged extra not even this location or others in Louisville. To make matters worse he forgot the malt powder until i reminded him, used very little chocolate syrup, and my shake was runny - not enough ice cream. 🙁 I will not be back.

I stopped by yesterday evening for a banana split and when we walked in the guy was eating his personal food ( no problem) but ...he started slicing the banana without any gloves...my husband walked out ..I said we changed our mind. The guy got mad ..I said dude..your not wearing any gloves..then he wanted to argue that he wasn't touching anything while slicing the banana with his bare hands he was eating his food with ...no thank you thats gross and very unsanitary so watch out if u order here 🤮

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
