    I waited at the counter far longer than I should have and eventually gave up and ordered through the app instead. When I finally got my food, the portion size was noticeably off. That’s not just a guess either. It’s the only thing I’ve ordered there for the last 20 years, so I know exactly what it’s supposed to look like. That made it especially surprising, because Arby’s used to weigh their meat, so consistency was never an issue before.

    GAVE ME RAW FOOD. WHEN I TIRED TO CALL THEY HUNG UP ON ME. REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL DAY LATER FOR FOOD POISONING. WORKER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DID NOT EVEN WANT TO HEAR MY EXPERIENCE.

    Just went to the Arby's commentform. Filled out every field. But it wouldn't let me submit it. I am furious over this whole affair! I am done with this nightmare.

    So today in Louisville kentucky on Bardstown rd and Hikes ln I opened the wrap on my double beef n cheddar they had a long piece of the plastic wrap that the meat comes in still on the meat!! 😳 come on Arby's you can do better! Food quality has to be there. Unfortunately I will not be back at this location
