Didn't take too long and the lady at the windows was nice. She had black hair and was really sweet. Came around 1:20pm. No problems. Drive-thru.

Door Dashed 7 times this year from this specific location, and 7 out of 7 times... no sauce. How? Apparently, marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks does not exist in this city. Nor does sauce on Nashville sliders, or cheese sauce on my roast beef and cheddar, or any sauce really; it is a miracle I got Arby's sauce in the bag 3 out of 7 times. A lot of the food is overcooked and dry as a result -- which low and behold if there is NO SAUCE it makes it like eating cardboard. I get it. I've worked in fast food. A mess up here and there, running out of something, overcooking a thing by mistake... it happens; but it doesn't happen... everytime. If Door Dash would let me change locations from where I get my Arby's I would, but I can't. So I'll get my food somewhere else.

The photo showed lettuce and other toppings my sandwich doesn’t have that. The top of the burger was covered in some red sauce so I couldn’t touch it. The fries were undercooked and raw inside as well as being cold.
