  Drinks are tasty. The line wait isn’t. Not sure why they have 5+ people inside with two cars in the drive through and can’t get out in under 10 minutes.

  I went here today and I sat in lane 2, there was a few cars and I’m a patient person so I just figured to wait it out. There was only 2 cars in Lane 1, mind you. Then they got paid out, got their order and left. The girl at payout in lane 2 motioned to me to move to lane 1, at this point there were no cars in the lane that i could see, so i did. When I got up to place my order the girl there gave a huge attitude about me getting in that lane. “Why would you get in this lane?” I said, “the girl in lane 2 told me to come over here.” Lane 1 girl started huffing and puffing and was like “well there’s a car behind you, can you go back around?” I then told her again that her coworker asked me to pull into there, once again, huffing and puffing, then starts giving her coworker attitude. Lane 1 girl then tells me that she needs to pay out the car behind me and give her stuff to her. I say okay and that it’s my fault (it’s not) and i’m sorry. SHE THEN REPLIES WITH “yeah i don’t even know what to say to that.” MAYBE A FREAKING ITS OKAY IT HAPPENS??? HELLO?? She then proceeds to pay out the car behind me, they made her drink wrong, so now even more attitude?? for what??? right. ok. anyways, she comes to take my order and I ordered my usual, 7 energy 😋, and she tells me they only have sugar free raspberry, I say that’s fine just go ahead and make the energy sugar free as well. SHE ROLLS HER EYES. you gotta be joking. I pay, get my drink, and get the freak out of there. The level of sass from this girl has me absolutely flabbergasted. I come here all the time and this is the first time something like this has ever happened. Please do better lane 1 girl, I’ll pray for you💝

  This is one of the worst 7 brews I have been to. It would be quicker for me to drive to another one then go to this one which is on my way to the expressway. Three cars in front and it takes 20+ minutes to even start to order. It’s crazy. Just find another one to go to.

  This place used to be great, now you can’t make it through the drive thru in under 20 minutes. Yesterday I only had 3 cars ahead of me and it took 24 minutes. No one was taking orders beforehand, 1 girl was handing out and taking orders for both lanes, while other people were inside talking to each other. Then today the girl in the right lane was at least going and taking the order of the car behind the first one, while the girl on the left side went in and talked to people. One of those people was all bundled up like she should have been outside taking orders. It isn’t just me my daughter said the same thing. Now you are out of tall straws again and I don’t know if that’s a company issue, or because this particular location isn’t great at doing their ordering. I don’t know if it’s under new management or what is going on, it’s the only 7 brew on my way to work, and I now have to leave my house at least 15 minutes earlier than before, because this place has made me late. I mean once you are in line you can’t get out. And the occasional times they come take your order before hand you have already paid. I wouldn’t are if it was an actual short staff issue, but when you pull up and a bunch of people are standing around talking it isn’t a good look. I don’t know if you have a new Manager or what but they need to get their house in order. Signed by a Retail Manager.
