I went there tonight for a quick drink and staff took 23 minutes to get through 4-5 cars, when my order was finally taken after 15 of being there she was rude and shoved the pad not even 6 inches from my face than after 8 minutes I got my Carmel drink and it has no Carmel in it at all and I ordered it with extra Carmel. This place has been very disappointing recently with consistent issues maybe a management problem.

Shout out to Shannon that took my order who helped me figure out what type of drink I would enjoy. I did find my drink a little too sweet but I was told next time I can order a different level of sweetness so I will definitely be back to try that. Overall, a great experience.
