I waited in the second line for over 10 minutes while I watched the line to the left keep moving and more cars would get orders and move forward. I had to reach out to the waitress to remind them about our line because I really had to leave and there was no way around the line. I appreciate her kindness and effort because she got the line moving but I was confused how it seemed like our line was forgotten about. I really like 7 brew and I didn’t want to leave a review but I hope if this gets more feedback it might help this location 🩷

My sister and I went Saturday morning and ordered some of the same chillers we normally order. We waited for a little bit which wasn't the problem. What was the problem (and I'm saying this as someone with work experience in food service) is as I look in there appeared to be one person making any drinks (despite the line being quite long and one person taking orders at the time) while everyone else (4-5 employees) was either on their phone or socializing. When our drinks finally came out after at least 7 minutes sitting at the front of the line only one had actually been completed correctly. I know this 7 brew can do way better based on past experience but I just wanted to draw this experience to the attention of management.
