Today was also the mirror sticky thing for your phone I was up at the front it was 6:57 and they go no we can’t give you one and if u just drive around u have to get ANOTHER drink I just wanted to get it for my husband because he was excited for it me and him work different hours lately and they completely couldn’t go it’s 3 minutes till here like it’s literally 3 minutes what is the difference between 7 and 3 minutes before (complete bullcrap I’m done with 7 brew) great way to lose a customer

I got a small strawberry banana smoothie and noticed they didn't even fill the cup up all the way, not like a little amount, a pretty noticeable amount. After two sips I realized the taste wasn't right either, it significantly lacked the usual distinct strong strawberry and banana flavor, this one tastes mainly of ice. While this made me sad because I had been looking forward to this drink all day, I hope it was just a one time thing and that next time the smoothie will be full and taste better.

The thing taking orders in the drive thru 12/24 - they sat there talking to the two cars in front of us, wasting time, then when we pulled up after sitting there forever, told us they wouldn’t take our order because they were closing early, when asked why they didn’t tell us that long ago, they said they didn’t see us - we were inches from the bumper of the other car so we didn’t get hit, they saw us. Told them they needed another job, but they said no, they like their job just fine. They’ve not been friendly and smarted off before.
