So I just made it to work after stopping at Dutch Bros like I do some mornings for coffee. I have my favorites and I typically order on the app. Well today was a little different. I was paying cash so I told them(well showed them on the app and expressed vocally) what I wanted. Not going into those details. They are typically delicious and I’m always left wanting more. This morning they got my order wrong. Not a big deal. Drinks correct but I had paid for large(and leave generous tips). They had made mediums. I mentioned it to the person and she asked me if I really wanted Large??? Like I paid for large but requested medium. No. So she takes them back. Now it took 15 minutes to make the first drinks. Cool. No problem. I’m patient. But she brought me large drinks back 2 minutes later this time. I go on about my day. This is where I made the mistake by not checking to see if they were correct. I don’t want she did. But I threw both drinks away. She must have just poured them into a large cup(soft top to the bottom and all) And just poured the strongest espresso on them making them undrinkable. Like I said. This place is usually great. The staff there super friendly. Super sweet. And I will more than likely return. But just make sure that if they get it wrong. Take the time to check when they “fix” it

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
