  Yay, a new Dutch Bros! People seem to be really enjoying themselves here. I adore doing business where folks like their jobs. Obviously it’s new, but so far the experience has been super smooth. I’m not sure how they find bro-istas that match the Vibe. So happy to have another Dutch Bros to go to on sticker drop days! Special shoutout to Kaia in particular.🥰

  I went when it was pretty busy but the staff made my drink quickly despite it being a complicated order (Vampire slayer iced rebel, add strawberry boba, add sour shot, I changed to light ice half way through my order cause I wasn't thinking). Everyone was attentive and nice about it though! I recommend this location specifically thanks to the barista with the lip piercing, they explained the menu to me very well, I think their name was Jordan. If you're reading this thanks for all the help and being patient with my order!

  The drive through took an insane amount of time when there were only 3 cars ahead of me. The woman taking my order, repeated back to me and took my payment. I get to the window and the woman working was rude and told me it didn’t have the modifications I asked for. Then was telling me if I wanted them on the drinks I needed to pay the difference. I expressed that this wasn’t my mistake and she didn’t seem to care. This was my first experience with Dutch bros and honestly probably my last because the service was TERRIBLE. I paid the difference but it seems that Dutch bros is just a company that cares about money and not the customer experience.

  to the short girl please learn how to work your drive thru lanes. waited in the shortest line not only that she let one other car cut us and taken their order. once i’ve told her she skipped us she said oh ! well just pull up.. we pulled up and she went to the car behind us in the other lane and taken their order. not ours. once we pulled up to the window. she was reading out the other order i’ve told her 3 times basically yelling , saying she skipped us.. no apology just the gen z stare dear on headlights.. then proceeded to ask what i want but yet again had to repeat myself.

  I’ve been here three times and ordered the same drink each time, and it’s just not being made correctly. I get this exact drink at the Shelbyville location, and it tastes completely different. Today, I even went through the pickup window so I could watch them make it, just to be sure I wasn’t mistaken—and I wasn’t. The drink wasn’t made properly. She only added espresso shots and warm milk before handing it to me, which is not how the Cookie Brownie Butter drink is supposed to be made. In the midst of her putting the lid on it, I had to tell her hey you were supposed to put the cookie crumble on top of that.
