- JLJaley love3 days ago5.0My favorite Dunkin location in Louisville! I choose this one every time even though it’s a little out of my way. I never have had a wrong order and the staff is great!
- RPRoanna PierceApr 6, 20263.0I always get an iced mocha with almond milk. Sometimes there is no issue and it tastes great. Other times, they don’t mix it enough so it leaves a horrible aftertaste so I end up throwing it away or they add way too much mocha and it taste straight up like very rich chocolate milk. I got coffee there 3 times in the last 3 days. Saturday - there was no mocha flavor at all - very bitter. Sunday it was perfect. This morning I could see all the mocha at the bottom of the cup and it tastes okay at first but the aftertaste is horrible and I’m throwing it away. My daughter has the same issue when she gets an iced French vanilla coffee where the aftertaste is unbearable. The staff is usually very friendly. I just wish there was more consistency in the quality of the drinks. I have gone to the Newburg location and the Fern Valley location in Louisville as well as the Shelbyville location and I never have an issue.
