  Customer Service Is Horrible At This Location!!!! Called to inquire on the operation hours and the two ladies were upset early in the morning. Crazy… how do you argue with a customer asking questions? Why aren’t managers present during opening hours? Employees stepping in managerial positions is delusional……

  My son and I stop by regularly to get a dozen for the family as a treat. The employees are always friendly and the donuts are always delicious. We're do happy that this location opened up in Lyndon. It's fast becoming a family favorite!

  Everything was great except my drink. I placed a mobile order for the “Monkey Business cloud foam” coffee, and when I get the drink I noticed it looked like they tried to make it look like my drink had cold foam when it didn’t. It looked like milk was frothed to give the image, but I did not receive any banana cold foam at all. If they were out of the item, I would have rather them have told me instead of trying to cover it up. The drink was good, but would’ve been better with the cold foam, and that’s honestly the main reason I went was to try the new drinks. It’s frustrating when you spend $10+ on a drink and breakfast sandwich for it to not be fully correct.

  Walked in for my order. Waited 6 mins to be served with zero customers inside. They were only focusing on the drive thru. Once acknowledged, old lady was rude But all Dunkin are like this. That’s unfortunate

  Been to this location about 3 times over the course of a year and every time I get an iced coffee with a little bit of milk but they serve the most watered down depressing coffee I have ever tasted in my life. Taste like burnt water every single time. Might just be getting unlucky but I’m never coming back here
