  First they called me to inform me that my pizza was here, so I made my way to the hotel lobby and wasted no time getting to the lobby. It only took me less than two minutes to get to the lobby so I could have a hot food, but no domino’s driver nor any food waiting at the checkpoint area. Domino’s wants you to wait for them instead of domino’s waiting on you to arrive to the lobby. 1st bad experience,2nd bad experience thin crust pizza missing sauce, 3rd bad experience missing dipping sauce, last bad experience, only a fraction was credited.

  Ordered delivery on a Sat night at 10pm. I was here from out of town and was looking forward to a dominos deluxe pizza. Took over an hour to get and i got a pineapple and cheese. I completely understand they are busy so I called to get another one coming. I sat on hold for over 15 min with no answer. The only remedy was a discount off my next pizza thru their order portal. I dont have one locally so this was a total waste to me.

  A few weeks ago, I put in an order for carry out ~25 minutes before close and they cancelled it 15 minutes later. I'd already made it most of the way there. They did not answer the phone. Today I ordered a pizza at 7:36, which was to be ready at 7:49-7:59. I got there at 8:00, and they said it would be ready in 6 minutes. I sat down, and the person at the counter disappeared. I saw someone put a pizza box down on the counter at ~8:07, and nobody came to the counter until 8:15. Tat different person gave an order to someone behind me, and then despite there being a line, he went back to make food. I said "can I get my pizza, it was supposed to be done 10 minutes ago." And he ignored me. A couple minutes later, someone came up and asked for my name. Then they grabbed the pizza I saw done at 8:07. They gave me my pizza at 8:20. The only reason I sat there was because someone didn't spend 20 seconds giving me the pizza I'd already paid for and shown up to ask to pick up. It's not even being busy at that point it's just incompetence.

  Pre-ordered (afternoon) 24 medium pizzas for evening (8 PM) delivery. Delivery 45 min late w/ no notice. On hold w/ location for 30 min, finally decided to drive to location, delivery driver had arrived while I was en route, turned around an went back to delivery location. Most disappointed by lack of communication.

  Yo llamé a las 11:18 am me dijeron en cuarenta minutos esa tu pedido abajo. Yo bajé 5 minutos antes pasan más de 20 minutos llamo y cuando llamo la delivery me diste no encuentro tu dirección llamo a Domino's le repito la derecio ella entiendo un diez por un siete le dije el error fue de ella. Ella no escucho bien después me.dise que espere en la llamada pasan como 10 o 15 minutos y me dice ahora va para aya otra vez dije okay gracias pasan 30 minutos la llamo y me dice ella tiene que llevar otros pedidos okay pero tienes que decirme no me gustó como me habló la forma d spuea de 17 o 20 minutos dijo bueno tiene tres pedidos antes que yo voy para mi apartamento cuando voy a abrir la puerta me llama y dice estoy abajo y yo bajo. Ella me entregó la comida como 1:10 o 20 entre esa hora. No compro más aca
