- ABAngie BMar 25, 20261.0The worst pizza and customer service I've ever experienced. Manager said he made my pizza. When I told him my order wasn't right he agrued that it was. I offerded to take photos of the $33.63 order and send them to him to confirm that the order was incorrect, he simply argued again that the order was right. Offered me a "partial" credit from the same store that just outright refused to correct their mistake and would not provide a refund. Smh. That having been said, The Fegenbush store is great. My family will have to go back to ordering carryout from that location. They are ten times better. They have great customer service and have never messed up on any of our orders. Stay far away from the Preston Highway stores. Both stores have horrible staff who are nasty and rude. No matter how polite you are to them they treat their customers in the most toxic, disrespectful manner. Also, they will leave you on hold indefinitely. Read other reviews. This is a pattern.
