  They made me pull up at the drive thru and made me wait 30 minutes. I finally went inside. I was ignored by the cashier. I asked for a refund. She said your food is right here. I said I dont want it. Just give me a refund. Do you think it is acceptable to wait 30 minutes pulled up at a drive thru? I will never go there again. Also the floor is so sticky and dirty that my shoe got stuck to the floor. Disgusting!

  This place has gone down so badly. I ordered a medium Snickers blizzard with extra Snickers and a medium mint Oreo blizzard. Neither one of them had hardly any candy in it. There was no mint in the mentorial blizzard and they were pretty much melted. I’m sorry to say this isn’t the first second or third time this has happened. I try to give places multiple chances because sometimes they have off days but this has gotten absolutely ridiculous.

  Stopped in to get my child a burger and asked for 12 ketchups. Yes that was a little extreme, but the last two times we have been in they have messed up the order and left out condiments. Which keeps a child from eating it. (Never left a bad review or even called. I realize mistakes happen.) The lady said 12, and then said no I’ll give you 4 in a nasty tone. A man came from around the side to eye ball me. Normally I don’t over ask and honestly would have paid for the extra ketchup. This place needs someone to come in and teach customer service for sure!

  If I could give my service in the Drive-Thru iA ZERO I WOULD. ORDER THE FOUR-DOLLAR MEAL FOR BREAKFAST THEY PICKED THE ONE THEY WANTED TO SELL ME NOT THE ONE I ORDERED THEN I ASKED ABOUT IT AND STILL HAD TO ORDER ON A WHOLE OTHER ORDER SO I ENDED UP WITH THREE ORDERS OF FOOD .and all I wanted was the 4.00 biscuit and gravy 😞

  We've been here three times total and every time there was an issue, I do believe we are done. Missing items, poor quality food, legitimately the cheeseburgers taste exactly like the premade microwave burgers you can buy at gas stations. If you need to call them, they'll never answer the phone, last time I left a voicemail it took them days to respond and that was only after I blew them up to corporate. I'd comment on the fries, but we didn't get that $6 item.
