  This is usually my go to on a rainy afternoon but this evening was disappointing for sure. The rice was a bit crunchy and the Al pastor chicken almost tasted burt with no chicken flavor. Trash hadn’t been changed in a minute and was overflowing and they wasn’t busy. Hope yall get it together next time.

  This chipotle is very close to our house and we come here often. They are out of chicken during regular dinner hours extremely frequently. It’s very frustrating. A lot of the time it looks like the chicken was just put on the grill or not even on it yet and they’re completely out. Tonight they were out of chicken again and although they had some chicken ready they needed to fulfill 14 online orders before they could make ours. We had to leave.

  Walked in at 3pm on a Saturday. 5 employees working. 3 customers in line. None of us were greeted. After a few minutes a lady looks up and says it’ll be a few minutes. 2 people working the online area that showed zero tickets… this place is awful with customer service

  I came specifically because I’ve seen them advertising the keto bowl. Well I get there and they are out of the lettuce that goes on it so they offer their other lettuce which they barely put enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. Then they were out of steak. The amount of chicken they put on was laughable. There was almost nothing in the container after adding shredded cheese and pico so I added corn and guac. They slipped the largest amount of guacamole on top of it. Since the keto bowl comes without rice and beans I basically got half a container of guacamole covered chicken. It was over 14$ and disgusting. I rarely feel bad about spending money on food, but I genuinely felt cheated. I had 3 bites and threw the rest away. Do not get the keto bowl.

  The last 3 times I've been here, they w been out of something. One time it was pico salsa; the next was chicken; and this time veggies. They may have an item stocked on the bar for mobile orders but are inconsistent as to whether or not they'll use it for in-person customers. It's also well before closing time when they run out of items. There's also always a mess behind the bar. I don't know if the problems st from being short staffed or painfully unorganized but this place needs some improvement.
