If I were the CEO of Chick-fil-A, I would close this location immediately because it does not represent the values or quality associated with the brand. Here’s why: Limited Menu The menu is far more restricted than a standard Chick-fil-A, which already makes the experience disappointing. Kiosk-Only Ordering Through Grubhub You can’t order at the counter; everything goes through a kiosk tied to Grubhub. This adds extra fees to every item, meaning you pay several dollars more for the same food you’d get at a normal location. Inconsistent and Confusing Policies Last time, I wanted grilled chicken on my Cobb salad. The kiosk didn’t offer that option, but the staff said they could swap it without an upcharge. Today, when I asked for the same thing, they told me it was an upcharge—after I had already paid. How am I supposed to go back and pay the difference? Poor Value and Quality When I finally got back to my office and opened my salad, it was only half full. For the price I paid, that’s unacceptable.
