The order takers really need better training on listening to understand, not just listening to respond. Ed B. took our order, and from the beginning there were issues. He repeatedly repeated back the wrong order. We ordered a sausage English muffin, and he kept saying biscuit. When we corrected him, he told me this was Chick-fil-A and that they don’t sell muffins. I then pointed to Number 5 on the menu and asked him what type of bread that was. He said “English muffin.” I responded, “Yes, that’s what I want.” Despite this, when we got to the front, he had never corrected the order, and we still received a biscuit. This caused even more delay while the order had to be fixed. To add insult to injury, our name was also incorrect on the order. Overall, this was very disappointing service. I expect better communication and attention to detail, especially when a customer is clearly explaining and confirming their order
