- LGLisa Grey4 days ago3.0We were just bragging that chic-fil-a was the best and most consistently good fast food restaurant on Dixie Highway. We went there last week and got 5 sandwiches and 3 fries, I don't know if they sliced the chicken in half of beat it with a mallet but every single sandwich was very thin. This is not acceptable when you're charging premium prices. If this is what they're going to start serving, I won't be back. The layout of the restaurant is bad enough to deal with, the workers have to cross in front of cars waiting for their food and it's a mess trying to get in and out of the drive through. I will say the staff is the best in Louisville though, always very friendly.

Occasionally, ordering is incorrect even if associate recites order correctly... seems to not be accurately recorded on their order tablets. Have made it a point to double check order once received before driving off.
