  The manager at this location was the best thing for this store. I ordered at the drive thru 10 bone in with a fry and drink. I get to the window and they gave me boneless. I checked my order before leaving the window. The clerk returned to the window after seeing I needed help and I told her I ordered bone in. She never apologized at all. The manager comes to the window explaining it will be an up charge and I said ok. There was math that didn’t make sense to me and I asked for a refund that he provided. When he opens the window, I can hear the employees in the back, “she’s doing all this and asked for boneless but gets to the window and wanted something else!”. I never acted over the top and the manager and I were very civil. The employees were completely unprofessional and idiots for having the nerve to mock a customer who is helping pay their bills. Never again.

  This place should have shut down with Jefferson mall. Order was wrong, ate it anyway(well 2 bites of it), and gave it to the dogs. They seemed to REALLY enjoy it but for me it didn’t hit. If you REALLY want to try it, you better do it soon. I can’t imagine this place is open long.

  Whoah! Got an Old School Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich just as they make them and it was terrific. Meat tasted very good, the onions were softened and mild, and the Cheese Whiz, well, what can I say, 'ya gotta have it. The bun was up to the task with just the right slight chew to it. This will be put in rotation with other fast food favs.

  2nd time they gave me wrong order , first time manager very nice fix it right away . This time on way in from work, you know how you're tired I wasn't go back up but tried to call numerous times no answer 😞 and I enjoyed the food but little mistake like this, make me not go back smh.

  I'd like to see the study that allows them to claim best cheesesteak in the USA. I call BS. I got a large and the meat to bread ratio was absurdly low. I get more meat on a 6-in sub from Subway. The meat was vastly under seasoned. The only thing that provided any real flavor was the cheese. I refuse to believe that this is the standard for a place stating that they are voted number one cheesesteak in the USA. Very disappointed. I hope this was a one-off because I will try it again and hopefully the next one's better.
