  Nice decore but they could definitely use some dusting. I tried to get a photo of how dusty this art piece was above our table but it didn't turn out very clear. Our server was young and polite but seemed very timid at the table, we could barely hear anything he said. It was basically a whisper. We didn't know complimentary bread was offered until half way through dinner we see another table get bread with their drink order. He did keep everyone's drinks refilled. The appetizers (bang bang shrimp and baked oysters) were good. The filet and lobster were pretty good with the steaks cooked to the correct temperature but the lobsters were overcooked. My Ahi tuna tasted like the tuna filet had been frozen. My wife liked the grouper but she said the crab cake was very fishy. For the the price I expected better food quality.

  Our dinner was a call in carry out on Good Friday. When I arrived home and gave my wife the food to get ready for our dinner, I could hear her in the kitchen talking to herself. Her conversation was first the appearance of the food, nothing like when we eat in the restaurant. We order two Angler’s Catch’s which included, tempura-style crispy cod and perfectly seasoned battered shrimp, seasoned fries and coleslaw. Plus an order of Bang Bang Shrimp. It all sounded great, but once it was placed on our dinning room table our appetite changed quickly. The appearance even disappointed to us! The bang bang shrimp was to be a crispy and their creamy spicy sauce! It was crispy, as soon as you took a bite, the crispy fell into a million crumbs! The coleslaw was in the smallest container, fill half way up with the coleslaw sauce and was like water , with little to none coleslaw. The shrimp in the Angler’s Catch was terrible and the same shrimp was used and cook the same in the Bang Bang Shrimp. Nothing like or presented with dine-in meals. The only thing that looked the same was the bread, but they gave us a very small container on olive oil. To sum thing's up our carry out order was a total disappointment! We have been a customer of Bone Fish for a long time and I hate to report this, the $61.47 ticket was disappointing. Plus, we order this Good Friday meal last year and it was nothing like today’s meal. Our experience dinning in has always been with top service and a great prepared dinner! As Members we were very disappointed!

  I absolutely love coming to Bonefish Grill! From the moment you sit down, they bring out their complimentary bread with pesto—warm, soft, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the experience. For appetizers, I always go for their ahi tuna which is incredibly fresh and flavorful. My go-to entrée is the Chilean sea bass, which is consistently cooked to perfection every time. And I have to mention the sides—the mac and cheese is hands-down one of the best I’ve had, and the Brussels sprouts are just as delicious. The drinks never disappoint either. Their Old Fashioned is well-made, and if you go during the season, the fall apple martini is a must-try. Overall, it’s always a great experience with amazing food, drinks, and consistency. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

  Heaven was our bartender/waitress and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and kind. She answered all of our questions about the menu and fish options. Heaven went above and beyond to make sure we had such a special evening together. Brittany & Taylor were such a delight. They made sure our meal was fantastic! Never had to ask for a refill. The restaurant was packed and we still had the best service. We will definitely be returning and can’t wait to try the sea bass next time! Thank you so much bonefish - Louisville ❤️

  Yesterday was my niece's 30th birthday. We made plans to gather as a family and have a celebratory dinner. Reservations were made weeks ago at another restaurant. Unfortunately, subpar service at that establishment lead to us departing before we even ordered. We stepped outside and began calling other restaurants in the area. Bonefish Grill said that they could not only accommodate our party of 13 but they could accommodate us with no wait. Once we got there, the experience made the debacle at the first location worth it! Our server for the evening was Joey and he was WONDERFUL. He handled our large party with ease. He was friendly, helpful, attentive and exactly who we needed. The food being delicious was the icing on the cake (no pun intended). Thank you, Bonefish Grill and Joey.
