  There should be no stars. I asked for a strawberry milkshake & it comes out with MILK only BASICALLY. Yuck. Not thick at all, only liquid. Disappointed.

  Amazing milkshakes add another scoop to the malt to make it extra thick these are my favorite malts deff try one

  Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I went inside and started looking at the flavors. I wasn’t greeted, which is no big deal. But then I noticed the worker (I assume who is the owner) touching bananas with his bare hands. He starts peeling the bananas and cutting them, and he’s going REALLY slowly while doing this. Almost deliberately slow so he wouldn’t have to serve me. Around 5 minutes into this process he says “I’ll be right with you” so I patiently say “Okay” and I go and sit down. He starts scooping some ice cream onto the bananas and I realize he’s making a banana split. There’s one other person in here at this point, and I think he’s an employee, but he’s sitting down on his phone. I assume the banana split is for him. It wasn’t. He takes the banana split and puts it in the freezer for customers for the next day. I thought that was strange, but that he’d serve me now. Nope. He goes and grabs more bananas, and starts making another banana split! By this point, I’ve been waiting 15 minutes, and my wife who is waiting for me in the car asks if everything was okay in there. I ask her if I can leave, and she says yes. So I purposely, rudely, say “OKAY, THANK YOU” and stand up. No acknowledgment whatsoever. No “I’m sorry, I forgot to serve you,” no dirty look, literally nothing. He just keeps makin’ germy banana splits! According to other reviews I’ve read, I wouldn’t have gotten any ice cream had I gotten served anyway, since the serving sizes are a joke. If you want ice cream, don’t even bother driving here, because the odds you’ll get into a car crash on the way over aren’t worth the germy little scoops you get. IF you even get any at all.

  Has been closed 30min-1hr early the last few times i’ve tried to go here, with employees inside turning people away. Tried again tonight (2/21) and several people were turned away at 9:30 when the store closes at 10. Ice cream is good but not worth driving out of your way when you’re turned away more often than service is given
