  Why is it every time I go here the curly fries are cold, either super hard or chewy or both, and more crumbs of fries than actual fries??? And the roast beef is always similar to leather

  I LOVE the Arby's Corned Beef Reuben. I got the Large Combo meal last night and the Reuben sandwich was HORRIBLE. It tasted so much like smoke, that's all I could taste. I even looked at the meat to make sure that it was corned beef. It looked like it, but that's all I can say. It certainly did NOT taste like it. I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to get my Reuben sandwich from if they're going to be that bad.

  I waited at the counter far longer than I should have and eventually gave up and ordered through the app instead. When I finally got my food, the portion size was noticeably off. That’s not just a guess either. It’s the only thing I’ve ordered there for the last 20 years, so I know exactly what it’s supposed to look like. That made it especially surprising, because Arby’s used to weigh their meat, so consistency was never an issue before.

  Food was warm at best and if we had not checked our bag before we left we would have been without 3 items we ordered and paid for
