  I went through the drive thru, told them I've got a meal deal coupon for $17.99. When ordering I'd ask if I could get 1 potato cakes and 1 curly fries instead of regular fries. He asked me how many potato cakes. I said one potato cakes and 1 curly fries. He again said how many potato cakes? I repeated 1 potato cakes and 1 curly fries. All of a sudden, the guy yelled, "DO YOU WANT 2, 3 OR 4 POTATO CAKES?! WE DON'T SELL JUST ONE!!" I looked at my coupon and said medium. When I got to the window, I saw the guy who yelled at me was a suppervisor/manager, as he was wearing a collared shirt (different from rest of staff in t-shirts). So no good to ask for a manager! Absolutely rude, horrible service from him! He needs to be trained in customer service, or retrained. He should had asked small, medium, or large. Or maybe KNOW what sizes come with the meal coupon? My son was fuming that he had yelled at us! I doubt if we'll be back to this location. Terrible, disrespectful, customer experience at this location.

  Stopped by Arby’s for a quick dinner and it was a solid experience. I ordered the roast beef sandwich combo, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The curly fries were seasoned just right, and my order was ready pretty fast. The only thing I didn’t love was that the sandwich felt a little smaller than I remembered, but it still hit the spot. Overall, good food and I’d definitely swing by again when I’m craving something different from the usual burger place.

  Food was good and hot, Cashier was friendly, food came out quick. What more can you ask for?
