  They told me I couldn’t get mozzarella sticks as my side. I could last week I think this place has poor training and a poor team this place used to be so much better and faster.

  There is nothing worse than a dry beef & cheddar but that is not a problem at this Arby’s! Thank you for saucing my B&C perfectly. Your staff is all very pretty and/or handsome and they all deserve a raise.

  👏👏IRIS great job!! I'm not a huge fast food person, but when I do indulge, I come here specifically for the fries along with the beef and cheddar. Iris made the experience outstanding. With her enthusiastic energy, along with making sure my order was perfect, it's what made the experience perfection! Honestly people would enjoy their experience at fast food drive~thru locations so much better if more had her attitude and care! The meal was great but the service was even better. Keep up the great work! People like Iris are what keep others coming back to the restaurant!
