  My cashier was very helpful and accommodating. I ordered beef n cheddar meal my wife ordered a Cordon Bleu Sandwich. I drove home with our food. My wife bit into her sandwich the chicken was hard. I drove back to the restaurant. They made her another sandwich. I drove that sandwich back home. She took a bite. Everything was good. However it was missing the ham for the Cordon Bleu Sandwich. Instead of driving back a third time, I tried calling in. To see if she could come get it tomorrow since it was already 9pm. I called at least 8 times. Until the phone was picked up. No one answered they just let it sit on the counter. I could hear them working. I hung up. Called back and they hung up on me. At this point my wife and I were laughing. Gave us a some fun for our evening. Besides the first Cordon Bleu sandwich. The food was really good and orders were correct. Answering the phone needs a little work.

  Well this Arby’s is usually on point but oh man not today they were not. I ordered a French dip Royale, which is just the French dip sandwich that they only added extra cheese and onions onto, and they added the name Royale to it, 😂. I should have checked my order before I pulled off, because after I got home and got ready to eat my sandwich, it looked like sugarhoneyicetea. My sandwich was sloppily thrown together, it wasn’t cut in half like it normally is when I get one, and the fries were old and greasy as hell, and I just felt like I wasted my $15 on this so called new sandwich meal. So I think it will be awhile before I eat Arby’s for a while, and to make matters worse, the cup for the dipping sauce wasn’t even half full, “see the attached pics”.

  Had a buy one get one B&C through Uber Eats. The receipt sent with my food clearly says two sandwiches, but they only sent one. I have a feeling they normally don’t honor these deals. Maybe it was a blessing because the one sandwich they sent was haphazardly thrown together and had very little cheese.
