  Visited during lunch and they were busy with drive through and eat ins. They were very polite. As everything else, portions seem a little smaller than before.

  Employees seemed lackadaisical when greeting me and taking my order. I was the only one standing at the counter and there didn't seem to ne any urgency to help me. I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich and crinkle cut fries. When I got my food, they gave me curly fries which I didn't order. That was corrected very quickly. The crinkled cut fries were hot and fresh but overly salty somewhat difficult to eat. My beef and cheddar sandwich was tasty. The problem with Arby's is that you never get a hot sandwich. Sandwiches are room temperature at best. The dining area was clean and neat and had a modern updated appearance. I like to have Arby's from time to time, so I'm sure I'll return to one of the locations eventually when I get a craving. I'm not sure if it's Arby's intentions to give you lukewarm room temperature sandwiches. But if you go to any of their many locations, that's what you'll get. The sandwiches are tasty, but if you lackadaisical service and a barely warm sandwich and hot, overly salted fries. Then, this is your place.

  I attempted to fine here a few weeks ago. On the lobby door was a sign stating only the drive through was open due to "staffing issues". I worked in restaurant management for several years and if we were short staffed that just meant I pucked up the slack as the leader. Why it has become acceptable post 2020 to not open due to staffing issues blows my mind. If a manager is incapable of hiring and retaining staff, then they shouldn't be in a leadership position. I've yet to attempt eating here a second time. You've already lost me as a customer.
