    Sat in line for 10 minutes. Got two Meat and Threes. I got pulled forward to wait which is fine but it was another 15 minutes. I watched maybe 7 cars pass me that ordered after me. I got the food. I got a meat and two on both. Fry. Sandwich. No sides. Then. My beef and cheddar. Just see the Pic. I want a full refund. Ridiculous. Will never be back to any louisville locations.

    Good fish sandwich. Tried the special $7.99 box with sandwich, drink, fries, mozzarella sticks and peach roll. Was good. The peach roll could have had more filling.

    What a waste of money. 26.90 to be exact. Customer service was nonexistent. Food was horrible. I tried calling when I got home so I could speak with a manager to express my concern. The phone just rang. The phone rang so long that it sound like it was connecting to AOL. I wouldn't recommend this store at all. Nothing good ie; vibes, customer service or food comes from restaurant. I see Arby's (owner) has reached out to others about their reviews but has yet to reach out to me. I innerstand why the employees and their management conduct themselves as they do. The "owners" pick and chose as well.
