This just says everything about the franchise from top to bottom for even allowing this. I hope you go under for how you line your corporate pockets off all the people you rip off everyday by selling them garbage food, service, and prices.

After standing for about 5 minutes the black haired woman in the drive-thru wearing light colored jeans played on her phone. Proceeded to tell me it'll be a few mins and went back to her phone. Coffee was made wrong and my Cinnabon pull aparts sitting on the counter where food is bagged. Manager even mentioned she told her to put them in the back but she didn't listen.
