However, my most recent experiences have been utterly ruined by the old lady manager whose toxic behavior has completely poisoned the entire dining experience. Her presence creates such a toxic environment that I've found myself actively avoiding what used to be my favorite fast food spot. Could have sworn I also heard her saying ableist things to an employee when I ate in one time. Knowing I might have to interact with this woman makes my stomach turn more than any questionable meat slop ever could. TLDR, the manager needs to be fired. Not just for the sake of customers like myself who deserve basic respect, but for the wellbeing of her subordinates who shouldn't have to endure such an abusive workplace environment. Until significant personnel changes are made at this location, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, such as the leftovers in my fridge.
