Of course it wasn't ready, so we were told to pull up and they would bring it right out and they handed me my sundae....18 minutes later we got our food - ice cold! Both my burger & my husband's hot dog had been microwaved and still wasn't hot. They gave us none of the condiments that we asked for. The only good thing was that they had very hot fries ...but no salt or ketchup!
