  This place was in the middle of nowhere. We stopped while we were on a trip to get food. Of course it wasn't ready, so we were told to pull up and they would bring it right out and they handed me my sundae....18 minutes later we got our food - ice cold! Both my burger & my husband's hot dog had been microwaved and still wasn't hot. They gave us none of the condiments that we asked for. The only good thing was that they had very hot fries ...but no salt or ketchup!

  Worst dairy queen EVER! Food is always over cooked but this time the food had tiny black pieces all over everything, im assuming its old grease. Do better. We pay too much for this nonsense.

  Louisa ky location it’s not good too expensive for the food not worth it at all and it takes forever. Not recommended to eat here till the prices come way down ! Promise do not waste your money!!!

  Just left from there tried to place an order and waited for a few minutes only to be ignored I was waiting to place an order ,3 people that was working looked at me and continued on .Need adults not a bunch of kids running a place of business!.Will never stop there for dinner
