  Was a really great place until i got food poisoning from someone they apparently let work while they were sick. we limit where we eat foods so we can affirmatively know where we got sick in the event we were to get sick, so we know for certain it was in fact here. we always chose a Wendys advertised special that wasn't posted and only the managers knew how to key it in because it wasn't on their menu, so the crew wasn't inclined to know how to key it in. we don't like managers that fail to properly train their crew and recognize this behavior from past experiences watching as managers do that intentionally in order to safeguard their position by keeping their crew in an inadequate position / or / dumbed down in laymen's terms.

  I wanted to give a shout out to the store on S. Laurel Rd in London, KY, especially the young lady working the counter, Katara. This team was working seamlessly during a snow storm to take care of there customers. Katara was slammed with customers and DoorDash pick ups from the moment we walked in the door, but she took care of everyone quickly and was as nice as could be. This staff deserves all the praise!

  Love this Wendy's. I work a late shift so I go here often for a quick bite for dinner, and the staff always remembers me, they're always super nice. My fav Wendy's location.
