  Worst pizza hut I've ever been in. Dining in is a joke. You might as well eat in a gas station . You still eat out of a cardboard box and get you drink out of a bottle. They used to be nice, sit down restaurants. They told us 15 minutes for our pizza, it was 35. Like everything else the helpings have shrunk. Not a good value for what they charge

  Yes, it was frustrating waiting an hour past the time for my pizza. However, this is not the employees fault. Remember this is what we call poor ownership. This is a rich person that doesn’t hire enough employees and allows their underpaid employees to be treated like garbage by customers for deficiencies like lack of employees. Tip these folks and be understanding. To Pizza Hut and Franchisees, remember your employees are what bring back the customers. Setting them up for failure is lining yourself up for failure. I remember the days when Pizza Hut cared and was a special treat. Bring back those days.

  Apparently they outsource their customer service calls to India. They will not help you and will hang up on you every single time. Delivery is over an hour past expected time and we cannot get an update or cancel the order for a refund. One person tried to connect me with the store directly and they did not answer after 10 minutes. Multiple previous calls and post trying to connect calls were hung up on every single time.

  What a joke! Brand New Place. 3 times as bad as the other location - ( Imagine that ). They can not even start over with a new store! Threw 5 pizzas in the trash! Will not answer the phone. 3-1-26
