- KHKarolanne Henson6 days ago3.0I’m trying to be as fair as possible with this review. I’ve ordered from Papa John's a few times now, and this last experience was a bit disappointing. My order arrived about 20 minutes later than the estimated time, and the food was barely warm. I also ordered 10 boneless wings but recieved 8 bone in. At that point, I just ended up throwing them away. I’m not someone who likes to call and complain, so I didn’t reach out, but this has happened more than once now. Going forward, I’ll probably only order if I can pick it up myself so I can check everything over.

However, when the driver got there, he offered to walk it up the hill for me. I did not have him do that but the offer was VERY appreciated!!!
