Food is always cold, orders are wrong and/ or the workers are rude. Brown lettuce, old buns and disappointment every time. Waste of money.

I quit going there for nearly two years because the food was so bad and they NEVER give you everything you order. I had to drop off my vehicle early this morning and I decided to give them another try since it had been awhile. I got a #8 (biscuit and gravy meal). Got my food and parked near the service station. Opened the bag, no hash brown. Money stolen. Theres no telling how much they've stolen from me over the years. Then, the gravy was 100% spoiled. It had the taste of sour white glue. Just awful. Thats it for me, I will NOT be coming back to that location ever again.

Very disappointed in the Liberty ky McDonald's they didn't even give us our food forgot big Mac and didn't even give us one of our big Mac meals and plus it was cold and they gave us unsweetened tea and it was supposed to been sweet tea and a orange pop instead of coke and plus didn't even give us my little girls chocolate milk so very unhappy with them and I won't be back and they was rude

I went through the drive thru, and had ordered two ten pieces meals. I had ordered bbq with those, and there were none. I called and I was told by the manager Nate that they were out, if that were the case wouldn't they tell me at the speaker? I found out there was bbq in stock. Stop lying to the customers to save time! It's ridiculous.

The people who work here show exactly why fast food workers deserve minimum wage. They can't get an order right and would rather make you go through a drive thru again then fixing it while your at the window. I'm assuming to probably try and make there terrible drive thru times look better.
