I called and I was told by the manager Nate that they were out, if that were the case wouldn't they tell me at the speaker? I found out there was bbq in stock. They can't get an order right and would rather make you go through a drive thru again then fixing it while your at the window. - JPjames pittmanNov 2, 20251.0Ordered a quarter pounder and 1 of my burgs was ripped up in pieces and put on the bun and the cheese was melted to my box instead of my burger, they also never have frappes they always say they are out or something is broke with the machine, breakfast is good here but night shift sucks, i would really like to get in contact with someone who can explain what’s going on with there frappes cause I want them to know that they never have them I also love how they advertise new stuff they never have hands down worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to they need new management

After trying for over a month to get one, at first the machine pump wasn’t working, and now that they’ve fixed it, they say they’re out of it. So either the manager isn’t ordering it or the employees just don’t want to make it. But they can make caramel frappes, though. It’s laziness and terrible service. The food is always cold, and the fries aren’t salted and are dry. The only good time to come is during breakfast, any other time is just a waste of your money. I know I’m not the only one who thinks this, but I thought I should just leave a review because it’s ridiculous.
