  Atmosphere was great until a customer (Joekeisha [I think that was her name]) came storming in on Monday 4/6 NCAA Championship night right as the game was starting. She started screaming at a employee (skinny guy with dark hair & hat on) that was clearly working his tail off but Joekeisha "axed" him to put orders in separate boxes & he said "I'm sorry, I heard bags not boxes and we are extremely busy." (there were 3 pages of orders on the screen) After hearing her say "axed" instead of "asked" I'm sure "boxes" may have sounded like "bags". There was no reason for her to speak to him the way she did! He handled it a lot better than I or most would've handled it. I would've "axed" or told her she needed to leave or personally gave her food "special treatment". Personally, treating people who handle your food with respect shows what type of character you have. I wish I could've got the employee's name to give him a shout out of how well he handled a disgruntled customer (Don't be a Karen or in this case a "Joekeisha") More seating for customers waiting for food would be awesome but other than that, I have fell in love with Wingstop.

  Went last night and seen one of the workers being rude to a customer she nicely asked for it to be remade cause it didn’t have Cajun seasoning on it and he threw it in the floor . And aswell gave the wrong order twice to a customer and tried to argue . Need better workers there

  They don't cook the wings as u request. They don't put the sauce on a bowl with the wings and shake them literally throw some sauce on them and thats it most of the sauce are on the bottom of the plate not on the wings. get ur shit together.

  We had such a pleasant experience here! 😊 From the moment my family and I arrived, we were treated with genuine kindness and respect. The staff made us feel welcome right away, and that positive energy really set the tone for our visit 💛 They took our order smoothly, and everything came out fresh and delicious 🔥🍽️ You could tell the food was prepared with care, which always makes a big difference. It’s so nice when a place not only serves great food but also backs it up with friendly, attentive service. The team was warm, polite, and easy to talk to, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our whole family 👏✨ Great customer service like that truly stands out. We left feeling satisfied and appreciated, and that’s exactly what keeps people coming back!

  My husband order from here 4x’s since they have opened and they have given us old stale soggy fries, wrinkled refried old wings. Barely any sauce , barely any lemon pepper. I told my husband we’re done with them. The wings are expensive, we order 30pc family combo every time we order from here. Not worth the price to deliberately give customers old wings that are dry and stale. I think since they just opened they don’t have much business and have already cooked food that people are not picking up so they are reheating old wings and fries to current orders. My husband did a walk in and the food was stale and cooked fast, refried. Do better wing stop. I wish I took pictures because it was unacceptable.
