  It didnt seem personal and odd people just wanted you out of the drive thru seemed rude.

  Probably the worst experience we've had at Taco Bell. We were already unhappy with the the rude staff working the drive thru and the lack of melted cheese in the grilled cheese burritos, but the biggest surprise was the BLUE PLASTIC in the middle of my gordita. The lack of awareness blows my mind. Please do better, I would hate for someone to get sick due to foreign objects in their food.

  How on earth are you gonna make me come inside for my mobile drive thru order at 12:30AM? Like seriously, what if I was in a wheelchair? Get it together.

  I door dash and was standing in line to pick up dash and another dasher( who happened to be black) came in to pick his order up. A guy who worked there named CHASE walked directly in front of us at counter and the other dasher said HELLO.....no response. Then the guy was clocking in at register and again, other dasher said HELLO....he completely ignored him! As the guy was walking off, the dasher once again a bit louder...HELLO. The guy never even turned around. I was appalled I asked the lady who was working orders his name and told her how rude the guy was to the other dasher and when she told him what he said he was confrontational and cursing. I had seen him speak to a customer and asked what could he do for them?! Was this dasher invisible?! Only difference between that dasher and I was the color. I will NOT stand for this RACISM and will speak up whenever it happens!!! I will NEVER be back to this store and I also notified Door dash.
