  This location has extremely poor customer service. After taking your payment, they provide whatever service they choose rather than what was agreed upon. Attempts to resolve issues over the phone are met with hang-ups, and when addressed in person, staff respond dismissively, even laughing at concerns. Customers are treated unprofessionally, and instead of working toward a resolution, staff escalate situations unnecessarily, including threatening to involve law enforcement rather than honoring the service that was paid for.

  Absolutely terrible experience at this Taco Bell. My order was incomplete, the staff—mostly very young kids—had no clue how to help, and when I called, I was hung up on. I drove back, and instead of fixing it, they told me to come back tomorrow, took my receipt, closed the door, and refused to give it back. No manager, no help, no refund—just being told to figure it out myself. The customer service here is completely unacceptable. Avoid this location. I thought it was very funny on the phone that we didn’t have our food and told us that’s what happens when you order fast food continue to laugh and hang the phone up

  I work for DoorDash and I went to pick up a customer’s order. They told me that someone else had already picked up the order. I called DoorDash support and they told me that no one has picked up that order and that I was the only person on that order. This Taco Bell allowed some stranger off the street to steal this customer‘s food and then they refused to remake the order. I was waiting there for 30 minutes on an order that Taco Bell refused to remake. Mind you the order was for five tacos and a drink. I don’t understand why Taco Bell can’t take accountability and replace the order, especially considering that it was something so small and so cheap to make. And of course, not to mention the fact that they allowed someone to steal the food so it was their fault. I wasted time and money waiting for this and I feel bad for the customer that is no longer going to be receiving their lunch while they are at work.

  I attempted to order a mobile order and walk through the drive thru as I’ve done many time in the past 2 years. The larger guy in the drive thru with an Afro told me they were only taking mobile orders and door dash order for the rest of the night. This is something I knew already as my order was on the mobile app. As I got to the window they were very defiant on not serving me. I asked him why and he said they were only taking mobile or DoorDash orders. To which I replied I made a mobile order. He refused to serve me unless I was in a car and then someone in the drive thru allowed me to get in their car to receive my order. Once we reached the window they denied us again saying we still weren’t allowed to take our order we payed for. All I asked was either my money back or just our simple three items we ordered and they offered neither and threatened to call the cops on us. I’m a biracial male and the larger black male in the drive thru was screaming racial slurs and said I was acting a certain way because I had a Caucasian woman with me. I asked if he could show me how to receive a refund in the app because all I found was options for complaints and he slammed the door in my face. After the cops finally came we found out this location had trespassed us for simply asking simple questions. Everyone working that night should be fired. Although I only interacted with two people tonight someone should have called this man out on not only his racism but obviously his customer service. There is no way a place I have been coming back to many times for a late night snack should ever treat me or any customer this way and I’ve never received service like this in my life.

  This Taco Bell advertises that they are open until 3am, but won’t let customers in after 11pm. When we placed a mobile order and tried to pick up our food they said we have to drive thru. All of the Taco Bell workers said that we have to drunk drive through the drive thru to pick up our food if we want it. A lady was kind enough to let us in her car so we could get our food, and they still wouldn’t serve us and said they were going to call the cops on us if we didn’t leave. We had already paid for our food 30 minutes prior to this. To add to this, my boyfriend is black, I am white. This Taco Bell worker said “I bet that black dude is probably adopted since his girlfriend is white, that’s why he thinks he can act like that.”
