  Ordering online was easy and order was ready when I arrived. Food was good and delicious. Place was clean. Employees were positive and helpful. Would recommend the Richmond location.

  We had a small mix up where I got my fries and chicken meal but there was some other stuff left out, I called and when I went back up there the staff was friendly and able to fix the issue which meant a lot for me as it was a reward for my daughter. The manager made my food which was unexpected but very nice, I appreciate the staff and manager for their hard work!

  The employee taking orders over the ai at the speaker is the nastiest person I’ve had the displeasure of talking to in awhile. Literally had an attitude as if the AI isnt doing half her worthless job for her and actually yelled at me to “go to one of the other 4 stores” if I want XYZ. Then, because she was so busy being miserable she failed to notice she didn’t ring my order up right. Then refused to discount me even though the combo I intended to order would have cost less. I only wish I had her name but I am sure the woman isn’t smart enough to know how to put the label on her name tag.
